Affirmations Part 5


The next pair is Happy, Healthy:


Happy: This is a result of living a mindful and aware existence and can only be accomplished by letting go of everything past and future and only thinking about or being conscious of the present. Once we are firmly and fully grounded in this point in time—our point of power—we can we flow into the space of joy, which is happiness magnified beyond belief. Healthy: An attitude that flows from being in the present and allowing our bodies to do that which it is so good at, taking care of itself. Once we get out of the way, possibly identifying something that needs attention and requesting some extra energy for healing, we can then step back and allow our physical systems to correct themselves. Then, we will enjoy that full energy of the amazing coordination of our fifty trillion cells doing their jobs. Feeding it the finest nutrition we can find and doing the things we are designed to do like move and enjoy life will allow it to be the best it can be.
